Extreme Athletes

CamperZ learned about nutrition and major muscle groups, participated in baseball and soccer clinics, and went to see the San Diego Padres take on the Kansas City Royals.

A World of Adventure...

This week was filled with cultural culinary enjoyment, as CamperZ learned about different countries and created their choice of cuisine representing each country. Students visited several different markets, and the San Diego Botanical Gardens.

California Dreamin'

CamperZ learned about our wonderful state of California by experiencing the life of Rancho Native Americans, visiting Disney's California Adventures, and panning for minerals in Old Town, San Diego.

Eyes on Our Ocean

This was a wet and wild week that included a day of fun and sun at the beach, a trip to SeaWorld, the Scripps tide pools, and the Stephen Birch Aquarium.

Out of This World!

CamperZ learned about flight and outter space. We travelled to the San Diego International Airport, the Air and Space Museum, the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, and the USS Midway Museum.

The Show Must Go On!

CamperZ had a creative week, learning about the history of theatre, writing their own scripts, and creating their sets for a videotaped performance of LABcampZ Silly News. Field trips included a 'smurfy' viewing of Smurfs: The Movie and a wet and wild day at Knott's Soak City.

Extreme Biosphere

What an icredible place we live! CamperZ learned about the Earth's geology and ecology this week. We went on incredible field trips to the Gemological Institute of America, the San Diego Zoo, Torrey Pines State Park, and the San Elijo Ecological Preserve.

Techno Blast!

This week was saturated with learning about technology. Kids built solar ovens, made pizzas, investigated techology through history, and created their own remote control battle vehicles. Field trips included an adventure at Legoland, and a fun trip the the San Diego Automotive Museum.
